Where we go:

Tours of beautiful Nantucket  and Vineyard Sound, area bays and salt water rivers. We depart from Cotuit Town Dock and then have a multitude of options.

Head East towards Hyannisport, Bass River, Chatham and Nantucket. See Whales, Dolphins and Seals.

Head West towards
Popponesset Bay, Waquoit Bay, Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and the Elizabeth Islands.

We can stay local and take an Eco-Tour around the  Three Bays, drop anchor and have a picnic at Sampons Island Wildlife Sanctuary.

... or just putt around and have a leisurely boat ride.

It's all about what you want to do, we're flexible and accommodating. Our goal is for you to have a relaxing day on the water and enjoy yourself!

When:

Trips run from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.

What you need to bring:

  • We put away our fishing gear and break out the deck chairs. We always have a lightweight pole or two on board with bait if someone wants to throw a line in.

  • Beachwear, towels and it's  always a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket,

  • Your own food and beverages (alcoholic beverages permitted) . Please try to avoid bringing glass on the boat. It's OK if you do, we just ask that you drink from plastic cups (which we provide).

  • No more than 6 passengers (legal requirement).

  • If someone in your party is prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking dramamine or applying an ear patch before boarding. We can adjust our speed to everyone's comfort level.

  • Your charming personality and good humor! Let's have fun!

Because to us, this is less of a business... and more of a calling!

Captain Bill is a lifelong Massachusetts resident and passionate saltwater enthusiest.

He believes Cape Cod is a special part of the world and is very knowledgeable about its history, ecology and preservation efforts. He's happy and enthusiastic to share his knowledge with you.

Born in Raynham, MA, he has been fishing  and relaxing in and on the waters of southeastern Mass. since he was a small child, finally moving to Cape Cod permenantly in 1991.

Prior to founding Dancing Squid Sport Fishing, Bill was a career IT professional and road warrior.  Spending virtually all of his free time on the water, friends and family convinced him that he should start a charter business.

Come out with us and experience why we're so excited and passionate about this special place.

We'd love to welcome you aboard!
